**Glass drinkware may be prohibited at some locations. Non-glass Drinkware will be substituted.

Hours of Operation
We set up 7 days a week from 10:00 AM to sunset. All picnic set-ups must be packed up before the sun sets unless the event is held at a private well-lit venue.
Customer Service is live from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM M - F
Booking & Deposits
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking and secure your date within 48 hours of invoice. The remaining balance, along with a refundable damage fee, must be paid no later than 72 hours prior to the event.
We require a minimum of 7-10 days notice for all bookings between 1-12 guests and 14 days notice for 13 or more. Any booking with less than a week’s notice must be paid in full upfront.
Location Restrictions
All picnic set-up must be within 40 yards of vehicle access. We operate within 25 miles of zip code 48202. Additional travel fee will apply for locations outside the radius.
The client is responsible for reserving desired picnic location and acquiring any permits needed.
